The Dubai Metro is because of have a 30km lengthy extension added, opening in 2029.
With an estimated price of AED 18 billion, the “Blue Line” extension will add 14 stations to the present Metro community in Dubai. It’s anticipated to serve 200,000 a day by 2030, rising to 320,000 passengers by 2040.
New Stations on the Blue Line Metro
The Blue Line will hook up with the present Pink Line and Inexperienced Line, which at the moment finish at Al Rashidiya/Centrepoint and Al Jaddaf, respectively. New stations can be added for:
- Mirdif Metropolis Centre
- Al Warqa’a
- Worldwide Metropolis 1
- Worldwide Metropolis 2 & 3
- Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Tutorial Metropolis
- Ras Al Khor Industrial Space
- Dubai Creek Harbor
The whole community can be 131 kilometres lengthy with 78 stations and 168 trains.
